This hotel is located in a really good area, close to the popular Shinjuku area and the metro. The staff were nice and very helpful, even assisting with getting hard-to-find sumo tickets. The rooms were in an admirable condition, with big beds and a good bathroom.
No issues to report, everything was ok.

Convenient location near K-Town and shopping centers, with nearby subway access. Clean, comfortable rooms for single occupancy. Helpful staff. Great amenities. Compact, cozy room that serves its purpose. a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. It's close to the train station, so getting around the city is a breeze. Everything we needed, from restaurants to convenience stores, was just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. Plus, the toiletries provided were of high quality, leaving us feeling refreshed.
The WiFi could be improved, especially during the evening hours when it seemed to have some connectivity issues.

The bed was superbly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom, though compact, was complete with a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The location of the hotel was convenient, with Higashi-Shinjuku station nearby and a Family Mart just across the street. I appreciated the availability of a microwave and ice on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The hotel also provided Shiseido amenities, adding a touch of luxury. Despite the small lobby, luggage could be conveniently stored there. the presence of many foreigners at the hotel made it feel cute.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location in the Shinjuku area was perfect, with easy access to both train stations and it was very close to a metro stop. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing information about the area. The breakfast provided at the café downstairs was delicious and had a wide variety of options.
